Shipping Information

ORDERS

Orders will be shipped out within 3 working days of ordering. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number once order is on its way. Please note we do not ship on weekends.  

• If your country is not listed, please email us at contact@gardenofdesire-asia.com to ask about shipping to your country and we will do our best to help.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES 

SpeedPost Saver International shipping via SingPost (10-22 working days estimated) – Flat rate of USD $18 (excluding duties and taxes). Your order will be sent via your country's postal service.

•  Singapore: Standard Shipping/ (2-4 working days) - Flat rate of USD $10 -  Track your delivery on www.singpost.com/track-items. The package will be delivered to the letterbox.

• If you wish to deliver via Express Shipping with FedEx, please email us and we will quote you based on the destination and timeline.

Shipping to the United States 

• Due to recent changes in US regulations, Registered International Standard Postal Shipping to the United States are temporarily suspended. We can still ship via FedEx or SpeedPost at a higher cost. We sincerely regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.  

• U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx Express at a flat rate (excluding duties and taxes) of USD95 or via SpeedPost at USD125.

  Please note that U.S. customs will apply additional duties and taxes to incoming shipments. Any such charges are determined by U.S. customs and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

ORDERS IN CAMBODIA

Please visit our outlets in Siem Reap (Kandal Village), The Passage (Pub Street) and Phnom Penh (Street 240).  You can arrange for your delivery pick up. Drop us an email at contact@gardenofdesire-asia.com for queries.

DUTIES, TAXES AND MORE

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs. These charges are your responsibility and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery. They vary by destination and cannot be calculated at checkout. Your local customs office can advise on applicable charges, while your postal service or carrier can explain accepted payment methods.

Garden of Desire includes a commercial invoice declaring the full purchase value with all international shipments.

Once your order is handed to the carrier, transport and delivery are the carrier’s responsibility. Garden of Desire is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit outside Singapore. Please note that insurance coverage is not available for SpeedPost Saver International.
